Summer 2019 will be one for the books as Mary J.Blige and Nas announced Tuesday that they’re embarking on a joint tour.
The legendary artists will be hitting the road together for the first time ever with 22 summer dates, kicking off July 11 in West Palm Beach, Florida. They’ll conclude on September 10 in Toronto.
Mary, a Grammy Award-winning artist, will be spoiled for song options on her tour, picking songs from her eight multi-platinum albums.
Nas, who celebrated the 20th anniversary of his iconic I Am album, has a similarly iconic catalog that has earned him 13 Grammy nominations, eight consecutive platinum and multi-platinum albums, and over 30 million records sold worldwide.
Both artists will also be performing at the 25th anniversary Essence Festival this summer.
Still, tickets for their tour will go on sale to the general public on April 19 at 10 a.m. at LiveNation.com.
